If your Spain DNV documents are ready but you have no electronic certificate, Spain Visa Submit can sign and submit your application to UGE using our certificate and your authorization. This guide is not legal advice and does not assess eligibility or document correctness. ## Our filing service: you prepare, we submit You provide the complete prepared package and sign the limited authorization downloaded from your account. We electronically sign the filing with our own certificate, submit it to UGE and send you official filing proof. You do not need to obtain a certificate or share a personal certificate or password. ## DIY: for applicants who already have access UGE requires an electronic certificate for online filing. Self-filing is an option if you already have suitable signing access and can manage the whole process, including submission, fee payment and notifications. ## Gestoría: administrative help by agreement A gestoría is an office that helps with administrative procedures. Ask which preparation, filing and follow-up tasks it includes, who signs and who checks notifications. The scope depends on your agreement with the provider. ## Lawyer: legal assessment and preparation If you need to assess eligibility or prepare the legal side of your application, seek legal help. A requerimiento is a request from UGE for additional documents. Legal advice or drafting a response needs a separate agreement with a qualified professional. ## Government fee and optional payment help The government fee is separate from technical filing. Budget approx. €74 per applicant. The exact amount is set on the official Modelo 790-038 form and may change. If you choose our payment help, we pay the fee for you at no extra cost. The filing and the official fee appear as separate items in one EUR Stripe Checkout. If the fee is already paid, provide proof of payment. ## Frequently asked questions ### What does the filing service include? We sign the electronic filing, submit your ready package to UGE and send official filing proof. Legal advice, checking document accuracy, translation, apostille, appointments for the TIE residence card and drafting responses to requests for additional documents are not included. ### How much is the government fee, and can you pay it for me? Budget approx. €74 per applicant in addition to €80 for filing. Optional payment help costs nothing extra: you pay us the official fee together with the filing, itemized in the same EUR Stripe Checkout.
