Include the signatures required on your own forms. After payment, open your private account. 3. ### Sign the authorization Download the template from your account, add your details, print and sign it by hand. Scan or photograph the signed document. This sends the files to Spain Visa Submit. 5. ### Receive official filing proof We sign and submit through UGE with our certificate. After successful filing, we provide the official receipt and registration details. Download the template from your private account, add your details and sign it by hand as instructed. Upload a scan or photograph with your ready document package. After successful filing, we provide the official UGE receipt with the registration number and date. The “Documents received” status confirms that your files reached Spain Visa Submit.
