What Spain Visa Submit does
We file applications that are already prepared: digital nomad residence and the other UGE-CE routes under Law 14/2013 for entrepreneurs, highly qualified professionals and intra-company transfers. You upload the ready package and a signed authorization in your private account. We sign the filing electronically with our own certificate, submit it to UGE-CE and give you the official filing receipt. If you choose, we also pay the government fee (Modelo 790-038) for you.
What we do not do
We do not give legal or immigration advice, check whether you qualify or review whether your documents are correct. We do not translate or legalise documents, book TIE appointments or write responses to UGE requests. Nobody can guarantee approval: UGE decides every application.
Why a representative can file for you
Spanish administrative law allows a person to act through a representative (Law 39/2015, article 5). You sign a limited authorization for your specific application. It lets us upload your prepared documents, submit the application and receive the official receipt and notices. It does not let us change your documents, make legal decisions for you or act in unrelated matters.
Price and refunds
Filing costs €80 per applicant, and each family member is a separate applicant. If we pay the government fee for you, only the fee itself is added (approx. €74 per applicant), with no extra service charge. You pay once, in euros, through Stripe. You get a full refund if you cancel before we start processing your documents. A refusal or a request for more documents from UGE is not a reason for a refund.
Your documents
You upload documents to a private account, not by email. We keep working copies in private storage until UGE makes its final decision and then delete them. After a successful submission you can ask us to delete them sooner. Deleting our copies does not remove the documents from UGE’s systems. Stripe processes card payments, and we never see card details.
If UGE asks for more documents
You or your adviser prepare the requested documents or response. We upload your ready response to the same application at no extra charge.
