Spain residence permits filed with UGE: 4 routes and how to file without a certificate
UGE-CE handles residence permits under Law 14/2013 for applicants who are already in Spain, including digital nomads, entrepreneurs, highly qualified professionals and intra-company transfers. Each route has its own requirements, listed on its page from Plataforma ONE. If your package is ready but you have no Spanish digital certificate, Spain Visa Submit files any of these applications with our own certificate for €80 per applicant.

What every route has in common
Plataforma ONE lists the same general requirements on each route page: the completed application form, a copy of the passport, proof of sufficient financial means, public or private health insurance, proof of fee payment and, for applicants on a short stay, a criminal record certificate. Foreign documents must be translated into Spanish, and foreign public documents need an apostille or legalisation.
How we file
Choose the route in our application form, pay €80 per applicant, sign the authorization and upload the prepared package in your private account. We sign and submit it to UGE with our own certificate and send you the official filing receipt with the registration number.
What we do not do
We do not assess eligibility, choose the route, prepare or review documents, or give legal advice. Prepare the package yourself or with a lawyer or gestoría before you order filing.
